Conceptualize, produce and measure alternative event-driven marketing programs from non-traditional presence at events to thought leadership events. You will likely have spent a large part of your career on the agency side. You will have a proven track record in producing large complex events/experiences, managing large teams and working with creative and cross-functional teams. EVENT MANAGER GOOGLE FULL
Not only do you help conceptualize and produce events, but you also come full circle to use your analytical skills to conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure your programs for effectiveness. You oversee all aspects of production from content and program development, creative and design, AV production, vendor management, and more. You will be both an exceptional leader, experienced people manager, and have stellar organizational skills. As a Program Manager, you will develop and execute effective event/experiential programs for enterprise customers and find creative solutions for projects. The Program Manager for Events and Experiences is an experienced event marketing leader who will produce some of Google's highest profile events nationwide.
You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression. About the job The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. Ability to travel and work flexible hours on occasion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated budget management, negotiation and organization skills. Experience engaging with and building partnerships with C-level executives. Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated project management experience. 8 years of experience of producing events and leading teams (coaching, inspiring and mentoring).
